Insurance is filed for patients with dental insurance as a couresy to our patients, we will file only primary insurance however we are not a preferred provider, therefore, you are responsible for any portion left unpaid by your insurance. Payment in full is expected in a timely manner.

Care Credit finance program is available.

The patient is responsible for giving the correct insurance information and is solely responsible for their account.

24-hour notice is appreciated if you are unable to keep your appointment time. Payment is required in full or insurance co-pay at the time of service.
